Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Process

This study is following the Class Environmental Assessment (EA) for Provincial Transportation Facilities (2000) process for Group ‘B’ projects.

Throughout the study process, input will be sought from the public and external agencies. The consultation process will result in the identification of current existing conditions / constraints and the review of the previously EA approved plan.

As part of the study, one (1) Public Information Centre (PIC) is anticipated to be held in Spring 2025. Upon completion of the Detail Design Study, a Design and Construction Report (DCR) will be prepared to document the updated detail design plans and the proposed environmental mitigation measures.
